Theo and Flossie’s destination wedding brought this couple from London who are in love with Tuscany to an exceptional location, the splendid Monastery of Sant’Anna in Camprena, made famous worldwide because it was right here that Anthony Minghella filmed his masterpiece “The English Patient” which starred Ralph Fiennes and Juliette Binoche and won nine Oscars in 1997.

A location that is rich in art and history which complemented the simple and romantic style of the wedding very well with a palette of soft pastels from ivory to blush pink. Theo and Flossie exchanged their vows during a symbolic ceremony with a view over the Val d’Orcia hills.
Afterwards, a long aperitif in the splendid garden of the monastery as the sun set across the valley.
Dinner prepared by Galateo Ricevimenti was served in the cloister of the monastery only lit by candlelight followed by the cutting of the cake in the garden and dancing in the Limonaia, the lemon tree house.
